Our Story

Origin

Insightful Deployment is owned and operated by US Army Veterans, inspiring their Integrity Protocol Pillars as a way to instill integral elements of their service into their business model. Our compensation is modest and publicly available (productized), just like previous government employee salaries. As Intelligence Analysts involved in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Aerial Reconnaissance missions, the owners are proficient in creating detailed Concept of Operations (CONOPS) in their areas of expertise. They have carried their technical proficiencies in Artificial Intelligence development and research skillsets. The owners are firm believers that military members and veterans are ideal candidates as leaders in the implementation of AI, and are confident they are the right gentlemen for the job.

Our Team

Devin Lara

Software Engineer & Co-Founder

Devin is a husband, father, veteran, and builder. He served as a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst and Civil Affairs Specialist, working as an FMV Analyst, Non-Rated Crew Member, Flight Instructor, and Standardization Instructor.

After active duty he earned his CS degree at UTEP, worked in full-stack engineering and large-scale data systems, and co-founded Insightful Deployment with CJ and David to help teams solve real problems with AI.

CJ Rogers

Co-Founder

A one-man dual-intelligence cell that turned into a Brigade wide effort was the highlight of Christopher’s military career. Christopher continued the strategic communication after his service attending Emerson College for marketing. He now attends Babson College for Entrepreneurial Leadership while running business operations for Insightful Deployment. Christopher combines operational intelligence experience with technical marketing expertise and is currently conducting AI research to determine how to design and develop AI chatbots to be more effectively deployed by companies. He specializes in translating complex technical capabilities into business outcomes, ensuring AI projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable ROI. Combining their skillsets, Devin and Christopher co-founded Insightful Deployment to provide risk-adverent AI systems to the El Paso and Las Cruces Region.

David Gomez

Software Engineer

David is an engineer rooted in service, community, and the belief that technology should empower small businesses. He has volunteered across El Paso and combined his passions for tech + community impact to solve real local problems.
